These are not like your average gym style yoga class. We use gorgeous aromatherapy, soothing music is played throughout and candle light is used in our rooms.

These classes are the perfect way to bond with your baby, help ease those pregnancy niggles and create awesome stamina for labour and birth!
This is not a yoga class adapted for pregnancy, but a class designed specifically to support the needs of Mummy as she adapts to the changes in her beautiful pregnant body.
Classes are suitable from your booking in scan until birth.
Please don't worry if you have never done yoga before, as most of the mummies-to-be are also trying yoga for the first time!
Come along to this super chilled-out class and have some yoga fun, lots of giggles and baby cuddles, and most importantly some tea and cake!
Mum & baby yoga is a COMPLETELY baby-led class, so never worry if you have to stop and feed, nurse or change baby, just go right on ahead! If baby needs to sleep that just means extra bonus yoga time for mummy (or mummy can sleep too!)
So what do our classes look like?
Time out with baby to enjoy the positive power of touch, meet other mums and make lasting friendships, help baby stretch and uncurl, support babies developmental movement patterns, enjoy sensory play, mummies start to rebuild strength postnatally
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth for a natural delivery and 8-10 weeks post section up until baby is mobile/crawling/trying to escape!
